How do subscriptions work?

StockPOP Pro offers a Free tier with basic features, a Premium tier with advanced analysis tools, and a Pro tier with full access to all features including intraday predictions and AI options plays. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and can be canceled at any time in your device Settings under Subscriptions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your device Settings, tap your Apple ID, select Subscriptions, find StockPOP Pro, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Are AI predictions financial advice?

No. StockPOP Pro provides AI-generated analysis for informational and educational purposes only. All predictions are based on technical and fundamental analysis models and should not be considered financial advice. Always do your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app by going to the Account tab, scrolling to the bottom, and tapping Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data including watchlists, portfolio holdings, and chat history.

Can I use the app without creating an account?

Yes. You can browse market predictions, view market data, and explore the Discover and Insights tabs without signing in. Account creation is only required for personalized features like watchlists, AI chat, and portfolio tracking.
