By downloading, installing, or using StockPOP Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

StockPOP Pro is an AI-powered stock market analysis application that provides predictions, portfolio tracking, watchlist management, and market insights. The App is designed for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

StockPOP Pro does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. All AI-generated predictions, analyses, and recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional financial advice. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance and AI predictions do not guarantee future results.

4. User Accounts

You may browse certain features without creating an account. For full access, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

StockPOP Pro offers Free, Premium, and Pro subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's Settings under Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Scrape, copy, or redistribute App content or data
Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of StockPOP Pro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software, are owned by StockPOP Pro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI predictions or market analysis provided through the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockPOP Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or reliance on AI predictions.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account tab within the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email.
